General Terms

  • My art is for PERSONAL use unless discussed. (Thumbnails are monetized usage)

  • I have the right to decline any order I am not comfortable with.

  • Commissions must be in USD.

  • I will only do changes in the sketch/ lineart stage. After that, if the change is not about the coloring, I will charge extra.

  • If you need it by a certain deadline, let me know. If it is within the same day, I will charge extra.

Payment Terms

  • Payment will be provided upfront unless another method is agreed upon by me.

  • I will not give refunds unless I am unable to continue/ cancel working on the commission.

Copyright Terms

I, DellaDinkle (the artist), claim the rights to the produced art, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the art to:

  • Display it anywhere ( Social Media, Portfolio, etc)

  • Promote myself with it.

  • Post it anywhere.

As the buyer, you are allowed to:

  • You may claim your characters, but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless discussed before hand.

  • You may post it on social medias, you don't need to credit me but it would be appreciated!!

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Using the artwork commercially unless agreed upon or making money off of it.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

Commercial Rights

If given Commercial Rights you shall recieve:

  • The rights to make merch off the art

  • The rights to make profit off the art

If you wish to resell my artwork (example: pngtuber), please talk to me about it first and do not sell it for more than you paid.

Customer Satisfaction

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!
If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.
I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.If you want an edit on the art, let me do it for you. If it is something I'm not comfortable with I will no longer work with you.

Cancellation and Refunds

I do not do refunds after the sketch phase is confirmed.
Do not commission if you're going to need it back after the commission.
